Cancellation Policy

Here's how you can cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the start – via the link in your booking confirmation, by phone or via WhatsApp at +49 176 23632471.

Late cancellation or no-show: If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or if you do not show up without cancelling, I reserve the right to charge 50% of the price of the booked service.

Delay: If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may have to shorten the treatment or reschedule the appointment so that the next guests do not have to wait.

Not satisfied? Please contact me within 7 days. If there was a mistake on my part, I will rectify it free of charge.
